Processing Times
- All orders are handmade with care and require 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
- Orders received after 12:00 PM (Midday) GMT will be processed the following business day.
- During the Christmas holiday period (November 15 - December 31), please allow additional processing time. We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.
UK Shipping
Shipping Cost — £4.95
Estimated Delivery — 2-4 business days
- All UK orders include Royal Mail 48 Tracked service as standard.
- Signature confirmation can be added to any order for an additional £1.50.
- Next Day Delivery is available for an additional £6.95 (order must be placed before 12 PM GMT).
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations with the following flat rate shipping costs:

All international orders are shipped with tracking.
Order Tracking
- You will receive tracking information via email and/or text message once your order has been dispatched.
- UK orders can be tracked through the Royal Mail website.
- International orders can be tracked through the respective carrier's website.
- Delivery notifications will be provided where available from our shipping partners.
Weight Restrictions
For standard orders (up to 5kg/10-12 candles), the shipping rates above apply. For larger orders, additional shipping costs may apply - we'll contact you to confirm these before processing.
Countries We Don't Ship To
Due to shipping restrictions, high costs, or reliability issues, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

International Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes when they reach their destination.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
- We are legally required to declare the accurate value of your order on customs forms.
- We cannot mark orders as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.
- If you refuse to pay customs charges and the package is returned to us, we will refund the order amount minus the original and return shipping costs.
Sustainable Packaging
All our packaging materials are recyclable, reflecting our commitment to environmental responsibility. Our packaging is designed to protect your candles while minimizing environmental impact.
Gift Options
- All our products come in gift-ready packaging.
- You can add a personalized gift message during checkout at no additional cost.
- Gift receipts (without prices) are available upon request.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please take photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.
If your order is lost in transit:
- UK orders: We'll investigate packages not received after 7 business days from dispatch.
- International orders: We'll investigate packages not received after 21 business days from dispatch.
- Lost packages will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Returns & Exchanges
- You may return unused, unopened products within 15 days of delivery.
- For damaged or defective items, return shipping is covered by us.
- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Special Seasonal Considerations
- During summer months (June-August), we monitor weather conditions and may delay shipments during extreme heat to prevent melting.
- During holiday peak seasons, delivery times may be longer than usual due to carrier volume.
